AEIS Daily helps parents preparing a child for Singapore's AEIS and S-AEIS, from Primary 2 to Secondary 3. It has three parts: a free daily quiz for every level, a guide to the official rules written from MOE and SEAB pages, and a daily blog. AEIS Daily is published by Clearframe Press.
How the questions are made and checked
Every question is written to a named part of an MOE syllabus, and the source line is shown under the question. Each test covers the level before the one a child applies for, so a Primary 4 applicant is tested on Primary 3 content, and the questions follow that.
We write the questions with AI assistance. Before a question is shown, it goes through these checks:
- its topic is checked against the syllabus text for the stated year (for English, against the stage outcomes the English syllabus gives);
- it is solved again independently, and the answer is confirmed;
- every option has an explanation that says why it is right or wrong;
- a second AI model solves it blind, seeing only the question and options, and a question is changed if that solver finds a second defensible answer;
- the position of the right answer and the length of the options are checked so that neither gives the answer away;
- diagrams are checked against the numbers in the question.
Two things we have not done. No classroom teacher has reviewed the questions. And the difficulty labels are our own, because AEIS papers are not published and there is nothing official to measure them against.
How we check facts
Each guide page shows the date we last checked it and links to the official page it comes from. Each blog post is written from saved copies of the official pages it cites, and a post is published only after a second check of every number and date against those copies. The post shows the date of that check.
What we do not do
We do not sell “past papers”, because SEAB does not release them and removing a paper from the test venue is prohibited. We do not guarantee admission; MOE states that admission is not guaranteed and depends on performance and vacancies. We do not quote pass rates, because MOE publishes none.
Contact
Questions, corrections and notes about a question are welcome at info@aeisdaily.com. We read every message. We cannot give advice about an individual child's application; MOE and SEAB are the place for that.
AEIS Daily is an independent study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE), the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB), or Cambridge University Press & Assessment. AEIS test questions are not published; every question on this site is original and written to the MOE syllabus for the level tested.
